UbiNavi Showcases High-Precision Gas Leak Detection at the World Gas Conference
From May 20 to 23, the 29th World Gas Conference (WGC2025), themed “Empowering a Sustainable Future,” was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. This marked the first time the World Gas Conference has been hosted in China since its inception nearly a century ago. The event attracted over 3,000 participants from more than 70 countries and regions, with an exhibition area of approximately 50,000 square meters.
At the exhibition, UbiNavi presented its independently developed iGasDetector high-precision gas leak detection system, demonstrating its technical capabilities in gas safety monitoring to an international audience.
The iGasDetector system has been deployed in multiple application scenarios. Upon detecting a potential gas leak, the system issues real-time alerts via a digital management platform and integrates BeiDou positioning technology with traceability algorithms to accurately locate leak sources. This approach improves leak detection accuracy and inspection efficiency while reducing the operational burden on inspection personnel.
Through its participation in WGC2025, UbiNavi demonstrated its ongoing commitment to advancing gas safety technologies and contributing to the modernization of gas safety management. In the context of global energy transition, the company will continue to invest in research and development, promote the digitalization and intelligent upgrading of gas safety systems, and collaborate with industry partners to support the sustainable development of the gas sector.
